2-propanol 70% is approved for hygienic (30 sec.) and surgical hand disinfection (5 min.). The solution is free of refatting and care substances and therefore has a very low allergy risk. 2-Propanol 70% is also approved for skin disinfection before simple injections and punctures and for preoperative skin disinfection before punctures and joints.
