Aqueous wound and mucous membrane antiseptic.
Wound treatment:
Antiseptic treatment of traumatic, acute, chronic, surgical and burn wounds.
Mucosal antisepsis:
- before diagnostic and surgical procedures in the ano-/uro-genital and vaginal area (e.g. before insertion of IUDs,
before pre-, intra- and postnatal manipulations or before the
hemorrhoids) and in the oral area (e.g. before tooth extractions or
before tooth extractions or curettage)
- before placing disposable and indwelling transurethral catheters
- for preop. Skin antisepsis in the mucosal area
