The neutral electrodes are intended as accessories for electrosurgical units and are for single use only. The neutral electrodes ensure that the HF current is conducted from the patient to the electrosurgical unit.

A connection tab on the electrode is used for connection to the neutral electrode cable .

The conductive foil is completely covered with an adhesive gel in the area of the contact part, the area around the contact surface is additionally provided with an adhesive material and thus strengthens the fixation to the body.

When used correctly, the skin is not noticeably heated.
